Frustratingly, and like so many above my machine won’t come out of descaling more I’ve read Ian’s suggestion to push and hold ristretto and steam buttons but though that turns the machine off it is still in descale mode when switched back on

I had the same problem prior when I descaled The descale does not stop repeating I get finished and it fonts me back to the beginning again I cannot get out of descale mode

Thank you for the helpful video My machine only prompted to run the water through once after the descale solution went through; it doesn't prompt for a second rinse I started the whole thing again just to get to the second rinse Last time I did the descale, the two lower buttons stayed on until I pushed the longo button to make the coffee

My Creatista makes good coffee when it works Now it is locked in the descale mode, pushing ristretto and steam cancel the lights but will go back to descale ledbrWhy would this happen even after 20 minutes of the power line Not happy with that situation

My Creatista UNO alerted for its first descale I read the instruction manual and followed the instructions exactly After I had pressed the two from buttons at the same time for 5 seconds the lights failed to come on Only the small descale light appeared brI’ve tried all sorts of things but it won’t work I’ve turned the machine of at the wall and back on brAny tips would be much appreciated

Thank you for this tutorial If u miss to fill the tank with enough water, u have to restart all over The descaling process continues until it is done You cannot interrupt it If you try, you have to restart all over again Once done, the Uno automatically goes to operation mide
