the one deciding factor for me would be that ive had a regular one for years with no issues and both my bestfriend and boyfriend both have a sllim and have serious heat issues with them my friend luckily solved his by leaving the top cover off of it but for my boyfriend it ended up messing up his hd

I’m still using my original PS4 was gonna get myself PS5 this Christmas, but I realized they still making PS4 games for the PlayStation 4, I changed my mind I’m not gonna stress on upgrading to ps5 till 2025 or wait till they stop making ps4 games and I will transition to the PlayStation 5

The Original PS4 is better, the RAM is better improving texture memory If you don't believe me run Doom Eternal on both consoles side by side There is a massive texture difference, the PS4 slim looks horrendous compared to the original PS4

I don’t know if any one has experience this but the original model ps4 we had couldn’t be able to play certain games like injustice 2 or MK11 but the ps4 slim plays them fine And a friend of mine just recently bought a old model ps4 and it wouldn’t play games like FIFA either Idk if it’s a hardware or software thing

according to me ps4 fat is cheaper and bes becoz slim and fat hardly have any diffrence in performane while playing on it and everthing depends on your choice my fav is fat version and it look cool too plz dont say sony airlines for fat version it only heats not make any sound okay if u have A/C in your home than it does't even overheat and maitaining ps4 fat is easier than slim u can clean it easily without going in shop for that
