I find it impossible to rank the MG games from a quality perspective More like they're all unique in their own way I mean, the core games Some of the spin-offs I've played I found to be mediocre brbrMGS: The revolution, the strongest set of characters and the best soundtrack br2: A major leap in gameplay, graphics and the most mind blowing story br3: The best stealth gameplay, the best balance of story/gameplay, The End fight is legendary and likely the overall best game if I have to choose onebr4: The most epic story and a technical masterpiece The audio design is great brPeace Walker: Pretty good story and it has its moments But it's limited because of the system it was made for brV: The most modern and perhaps best gameplay So many options However, the level design could be better The story is highly debated I don't have a major issue with it brbrAnd, I've played some of the spin-offs brI found Portable Ops to be mediocre I liked the story and soundtrack But the controls are awful brI really enjoyed the MGO that came with MGS4
