I agree with him on most things, but he's nuts if he thinks doing 5 pull-ups is enough strenght for people to do a muscle up Even 10 is a stretch 15-20 is more reasonable In fact, doing weighted pullups for 10 reps is typically what's necessary to get the explosive power
