I just read that Israel is one of the most expensive places to visit This video confirms it, lol I will be visiting this October for ten days with my wife Group tours from Canada for 8 t 10 days cost about $1200 on average, and include hotel, dinner and transportation The prices you are quoting per day are obviously private tours

Did a 7 day tour of Israel in 2014 organised by an english company - a small group of 30 mainly english, welsh and 3 irish, a married couple and myself Enjoyed the trip very much and keep an interest in Israeli affairs Roman Catholic but not overly religious, I was glad to see the country
