A lot of police siren manufacturers make their sirens with what is called a park kill function Basically, when the police vehicle is put into park it stops the siren It makes it so much easier to give commands and talk on the radio without that loud @$$ siren blaring in the background It is only one wire to make that function work Idk why the upfitters for these police vehicles are to lazy to do that
