Satellites don't use Radio waves they use Microwaves, Radio waves don't have a high enough frequency to go through the ionosphere instead radio waves are reflected, so this whole thing is wrong

Captain here: GPS emits certain signals which is received by your device once it receives signal from 4 or more satellites, your device uses it to triangulate it's position based on signal delay and stuffbrbrSignal generally contains information when that signal was transmitted Correct me if I am wrong

Wait no You need 3 satellites for 3D position The 4th satellite is for time correction, due the theory of relativity Different gravitational fields on the surface of Earth compared to orbit, hence different rate of time
