Just refreshing the squad is part of what keeps the fun going for me Signing players 25 yo or younger only and promoting academy players as well every season keeps it fresh even after 10 seasons And setting higher and higher goals for each season until you feel you have achieved everything enough times Maybe try to become the most successful club in the history of your league

EA need to decrease the end of season transfer budget increases that the game gives the players and also make more clubs want to bid for your players and also make your players decisions more important during a move, say for example if a club bids for one of your players and your player says he wants a new challenge and wants the move

I play with villareal, and i have an 88 gerard moreno and 85 asensio which i bought for 30 mil And i have so much contenders for each position and id like to eventually play the youngsters And id like to keep torres, moreno and pino at the club, and the rest can go with a good offer

What I like to do is stick with the nationalities that players have of the current squad So for example at Barca you can buy Mbappe because they have French players, but you can't buy Harland because there is no Norwegian players in the current squad of Barca

I legit built a super team with Arsenal with my best player being Lautaro Martinez (who was 96 rated and won 3 ballon Dors in a row) so I got bored of dominating with arsenal (even tho I didn’t win the league in my last two seasons but I won the UCL 2x in a row and got to the final before that) so I left to AC Milan, was rebuilding their team around the Ronaldo Regen but their expectations was so high I got sacked a few months later and now I’m in this bottom ranked Serie A team I’m doing well, we went from 18th to 11th I’m tryna go to Dortmund

My biggest tip is to not use sofifa at all Use the global scouting network because that’s basically how it works in real life - the manager doesn’t have much of a say in the recruitment, he just has to trust that his board and scout are doing a good job So yeah the scouts won’t find the players you might on sofifa, but at least it’s kinda realistic

I've just started my fourth season with Blackburn Rovers and it's actually been pretty cool so far! First season I won the Championship and got promoted all the while selling any player that got a decent enough offer (only rejecting low-ball offers and unrealistic transfers like Everton trying to pay €59M for a 77 rated Ben Diaz) First season in the prem I got 4th position guaranteeing me some champo the next season Also managed to win the Europa League, I had a very lucky draw all the way to the end, pretty much Next season I got 3rd in the league but lost the UCL final against Barça after a very silly mistake from my defender right at the end of the match This season I'm going to try and get some serious silverware, but still accepting good offers for my players regardless of their quality brI've tried to keep my transfers realistic, only bringing in a handful of players over the 3 seasons, some from south america and some from smaller European sides My most unrealistic transfers so far have got to be my two center mids I guess, Emre Can from Dortmund, and Paquetá from Lyon, but, to be fair I only bought them after selling two of my starting midfielders for €75M each, so I thought it would be okay to indulge myself a bit brDefinitely annoying having to deal with lack of squad depth and the occasional injury, and, of course, crappier teams playing way better than top tier teams, but it's been fun overall brGreat tips!

Current save I am playing as Bodø/Glimt in the Norwegian league, they are the current champions irl I played on a slightly harder difficulty than I am used to and found it to be very challenging domestically Ended up finishing 2nd, 7 points behind Molde, but took it down to the 3rd last game of the season Also got knocked out of the cup by Molde in the semi final 2-0, so have my eyes set on reclaiming my cup and league titles back from them brbrI had a decent run in the conference league too, 2nd in the group, knocked out Midtjylland in the play off round, and lost to Frankfurt in the round of 16 3-1 on agg brbrI’ve been using realistic transfer policy of buying players from other Scandinavian teams, Norway, Sweden, Denmark leagues and HJK of Finland in ROW I am signing players between 55-65 rated for fees between 200k-800k approx, and developing them into decent talent for the league Any realistic bids for good players I am accepting Top scorer from last season Botheim is 22 and 73 rated now, received a 55mil bid from Genk which I accepted but it fell through, my captain Patrick Berg is currently injured but is 77 rated and left back Bjorkan is 76, these 3 players have all signed for Krasnodar, Lens and Hertha respectively in real life so if I receive bids for them I will accept and try and utilise some of my lower rated players into the team brbrI also use the youth system scouting in counties like Iceland, Estonia, Latvia etc as well as Norway for “homegrown” talent, bringing any decent talent into the first team and again once they become higher rated I am going to sell accordingly brbrI’m currently playing a 5-2-3 formation and trying to implement a back 3 centre back trio of players that are 6’4 or taller to have a commanding defence, so far in my second season I have kept 4 clean sheets in my first 5 league games so working well so far, last season I was the top scorer in the league but had the worst defence in the top half so looking to improve This season I have had a few 1-0 or 2-0 wins so not scoring as much but playing better tactically and defensively brbrThe other challenge in the Norwegian league which I liked from the first season is that the league begins in April and finishes in December, so having played in the conference league and qualifying for the knockouts I was faced with the challenge of trying to keep my players fitness and sharpness up for the knockout tie as I hadn’t played a game in 2 months by the time the game came around and was still 2 months away from the start of the new domestic campaign The positive is when the European qualifiers come around in august I will be 10-15 games or so into the season which will give me an advantage in terms of match fitness brbrI also have been playing most home matches in the snow as Bodø is situated in the Arctic circle very northern in Norway so play in snowy conditions in most home matches which makes for a different challenge alsobrbrI find saves in the big 5 leagues are fun for a season or so but much prefer saves in smaller leagues as it is more entertaining and fun working with a small budget Would highly recommend Bodø/Glimt!

Austrian league is also super exciting! With the Austrian league it works like the the Scottish league table, 12 teams Top 6 go to a champions play off and bottom 6 are on a relegation play off My suggestion is take a team who are normally finishing in the bottom six and try get them to top 6 whilst also selling big players to the top clubs like laask and Salzburg, and after a while possibly aim for European glory as the champions league is available

I just started a new create a clubcareer mode with some rules I start in League 2 and 50 of my players must be from the UK And within 3 seasons I need 4 players from the youth acadamy in my starting eleven This means I really need to pay attention to the players I sign and sell, as well as my youth squad development

I'm Irish so I like to start saves with only signing Irish players (real players not from YA etc) brbrStart with max budget, mainly buy young players, build them up and do well enough to get offered the Irish national team jobbrbrThis transfer restriction gives it more of a challenge in league games and makes your national team job very rewarding to see all the players you spent years with lifting the world cupbrbrI've also started a save with only US players and it was just as fun
