i followed this video step by step i was watching this video as i made it just to be 100 surebrbri made spreadable queso fresco it didnt act or look like anything here i did use the whey to warm it up cuz i dont have a microwave i did it exactly cheese to 160f stretch it, it was crumbly not stretchy its pretty close, but i feel horribly disheartened so much work and prep and so little cheese still got about the ammount of cheese a half gallon cost would have got me tho Comment from : @spikehun59 |
