Thanks - great objective review Marcus does have top tier CS, and a great mobile and web based app - and they had a great incentive rate on a 10 mo CD last year However, Marcus HYS is disappointing, I'm doing better on Raisin Likewise, the Marcus Roboadvisor (50/50 Core) seems to only invest in Blackrock's iShares and Vanguard ETFs, which are ESG investments Dipped my toe into self-managed brokerage accts with Fidelity, Schwab, Public and Robinhood No more roboadvisors for me Comment from : Anne H

This is the first time learning about HYSA's interest being taxable by the IRS I looked into it and thank you! Apparently the IRS will send a 1099-INT form for any interest over $10 earned This does not deter me from keeping a HYSA but is DEFINITELY good to know Comment from : irm
