In case you're wondering, what's happening is that he's opening the trades screen before the job block is moved by the piston brbrWhat's supposed to happen is the villager is supposed to unlink from the the job while the job block is moving, but because he has the trade screen open the villager still thinks he's linked when he's not supposed to bebrbr He's also supposed to lock his trades after one trade, but if you watch closely, after he steps off the pressure plate the villager changes to a normal villager and changes back to a Fletcher

build a water conveyer belt that can move you to the pressure plate and make it so that on ur way there, you can open the trade, just open his trade while you are in the water and when you hear the click of the pressure plate and the piston moving, just trade the sticks lol

when the piston push the trap door up, the trap door wont go back down when i pull the lever again (and yes i did use a sticky piston)
