I use a Sauce Master food strainer and the filter lets all the pulp through but pulls out the skins seeds and pits It makes perfect popsicles My backyard is a food forest with a few dozen fruit and berry trees but hundreds of berry bushes I was trying to figure out a way to eat all this stuff, and popsicles looks like the best

I got a bag of frozen blackberries but none of them were ripe and too sour I found some fresh ones that were ripe amd sweet and froze a bunch of them This year the blackberries weren't too good I was pretty bummed but oh well next year
