You can easily make tempered chocolate with this recipe if you heat the oil first in a double boiler This way the chocolate will stay solid at room temperature If you use a Pyrex measuring cup for the top of the double boiler you can pour in the cocoa powder & sugar after removing from heat This will allow you to use the spout to pour direct into the mold and avoid the mess of spooning into a mold To make an infusion, just keep the oil in the double boiler for 15 hours with the water on a slow rolling boil Put your cannabis, lemon peel, mint, whatever into the oil stirring occasionally Now the oil is flavored/infused Strain it before use Use unfiltered virgin coconut oil if you want coconut flavor in your chocolate Comment from : @tomlopez7819
