Since I have a bunk bed, I place my alarm clock away from my bed Which leads me to have to get out of bed to turn it off My alarm clock also flashes a bright light when it’s time to wake up, it really helps!

I use my Alexa as an alarm and put it on full volume at the other side of the room so it jumpscares me and I make the sound baby shark so I have a reason to get it off instantly, also I put it on the thing that makes it red and ignore you so I have to yank the cable out

Every other "How to Wake Up Earlier" video is by like a navy seal or life coach who is like "At 5am sit straight up, put on a three piece suit and run 9 miles Might be hard at first but stick with it <3" Not helpful or useful and these people were probably already highly motivated morning freaks

All good tips but give yourself 1 hour after waking to drink coffee so coffee machine tip not optimal Why has to do with waking brain chemistry’s namely saroatonin levels have flushed out melatonin levels before you drink coffee otherwise you will have an afternoon crash Caffeine is a tool and coffee is very healthy as it’s the most studied drink in history Stop drinking coffee 8 hours at least before bedtime Like last cup at 1 pm if you get in bed at 9 to get up at 5am club Cheers

I loved this video, and I can definetly vouch for many of these tips, even if I'm not great at doing them consistantly Part of the issue I've been having is being consistant about when I HAVE to wake up I do opening shifts three to four times a week, which means I need to be in the store by 6:00 This means waking up around 4:30, or 4:00 if I want to excersise However, If I don't have to be at work at 6:00, I don't have much of a reason to wake up at four I'm still trying to develop a system for it all to help me wake up I do really like your tip about setting only one alarm though I've definetly struggled with that in the past
