Salut docteur Je vous prie de bien vouloir répondre à la femme enceinte que je suisbrAprès mon premier accouchement il y’a quatre ans j’ai eu une déchirure médiane Et la sage femme a dû me recoudre sans anesthésie ni rien J’ai tellement souffert ce jour J’ai ressenti chaque piqûre qu’elle me faisait pendant qu’elle cousait 😢 Au sortir de la salle d’accouchement j’ai juré que je ne retomberai plus jamais enceinte ! J’étais grave traumatiséebrMe voilà encore enceinte de 32 semaines et j’ai peur qu’il ne m’arrive la même chose pendant l’accouchement cette fois-ci encore Pensez-vous qu’il y’a des risques que la partie déjà cousue se déchire pendant un autre accouchement ? Répondez à la femme désespérée et traumatisée que je suis s’il vous plaît 🙏🏽 😢

Would have been great if this had been demonstrated using current evidence for both suture material ie Vicryl Rapide (Cochrane review Kettle et al 2010) and also technique: loose continuous non locking to all layers (Cochrane review 2012 The continuous suturing techniques for perineal closure, compared with interrupted methods, are associated with: Less short-term pain, need for analgesia and suture removal brAlso the episiotomy is best performed at the posterior fourchette and at an angle of 60 degrees (Eogan et al 2006)

Order an EPI-NO SEE IF IT IS AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY USE IT FROM WEEK 37 ONWARDS IT HELPS PREVENT/REDUCE TEARS by stretching the prineum to 10 cm which is the width of a baby Or do a prineum stretch till it reaches 10 cm Also slice 2 raw okras/lady fingers in water Store it in fridge for 12 hrs n drink daily from week 35 The slime helps to hydrate n stretch the skin I got all this info from utube itself Research a lot I'm due next month If anyone has any tips for me, pls let me know Do pray for me

I would rather tear again than have this done I had a 2nd degree tear with my first son (8lbs 5oz) and my second son (8lbs 9oz) was born much easier even though he was bigger I didn’t tear or get an episiotomy with my second or third kid

I have 4th degree tear after giving birth to my firstborn It was the most painful delivery for me but so relieved when I hold my baby in my arms Didn’t know I am bleeding tremendously and my doctor was so focus on stitching me as quick as possible Thank goodness we survived🙏🏻

After reading almost all comments i thank Jesus Christ for getting me a good c section delivery It took me 2 months to do basic things like sitting down etc But I have no problems after 2 months of my c section 🎉delivery We are 15 months now Also it was very comfortable to go to washroom and potty 😎 but I salut to those who had normal delivery 💖
