I did this at the beginning with about half a dozen of these It was definitely not profitable and solo mining this was like a lottery It was worth the money to understand mining and cryptocurrency which sparked a fire in me to build out my first gpu rig Best thing I have done in a long time I managed to recoup a lot of my money when I resold the miners on ebay

lets think now 350gh for 200 bucks he had 8th thats a lot of usb miners , now you can get a asic miner 14th for 200 bucks if you want to play the bitcoin lotto your best off with a single asic miner s9 will do there cheap and easy to setup but you will hvae to lower the power easy to do with firmware , your more likely to hit a block than with usb miners
