My led screen is broken so the screen is black but I can hear when you turn on or turn volume up or down How can I do a factory reset without being able t see anything on the screen I have a minimum subscription on Netflix so can only have 2 devices on it So need to cancel it on this device

Holding power button didn’t work for me I had to open the case disconnect the battery and re connect it and it came on with the power button
