The O'Five sniper rifle's biggest drawbacks for lacking the strength requirement is that the Speed of the weapon drops tremendously It takes 2-3 times longer to chamber another round as well as reload I'm guessing you were running Gorilla arms in that footage, because it removes strength requirements for weapons Comment from : LifelessTooth

I bet the ricochet being effective against superdodging NPCs is a programming need, the logic being that ricochetting bullets are "not fired by V", and those enemies only dodge "bullets fired by V" (so to speak), to avoid the problem of them "dodging" all the time because of their allies firing at V, taking more processing power from our PC/console than needed when they have no friendly fire anyways XD Comment from : Xagroth
