I have xeon w3550 and i get only 40 fps (768p resolution) even tho the cpu isn't bottlenecking the rx 570brCan the low frequency ram be the problem? 1333mhz?brOn story mode i get 55 to 70 fps but online 45 and i rarely hit more than 50

I can barely get half that framerate with my 570 4gb, ryzen 1600, 12gb 2400mhz The gpu is always at 100 Is it because of the ryzen? We all know ryzen sucks intel's dick when it comes to games, but this is too much Also, I get pratically the same framerate at 1080p and 1440p
