Very nice video! Very clear explanation! Only I'm a little bit confused about shutterspeed now Another Youtuber who makes videos has explained that shutterspeed doesn't have to do with light in the environment, but only with movement of the object your filming (low shutterspeed makes your object blurry, dreamy, not sharp and high shutterspeed makes your object jittery, unnatural and gives a high intense feeling so you could use this for filming sports) He said that you could use a ND filter over your lens in a bright environment and use more lights in a dark environment Is shutterspeed different in photography than in filming? Or are both explanations correct, so shutterspeed is about movement AND light? Comment from : Lizanne/Justin Alfa |

HI SIR PLEASE JUST HELP ME WITH MY CANON D500 SETTINGS AM AT SOUTH AFRICA Comment from : MGWENA PRODUCTIONS PTY(ltd) |

Unfortunately, I think your idea of "ISO 200" oe lower is incorrectly based on obsolete FILM era technology,brIn the Canon DSLR, ISO is of low noise up to 1600 (for my T2I) and up to 3200 (for my T6S)brAnd in the T6S, it is possible to do AUTOMATIC stacked multiple exposures in camera in very low light situationsbrLimiting ISO at 200 can create poorer pictures because of less ideal Aperture and Shutter speed being used Comment from : SE T |

This is the first clip I have seen from this guy, I learned more in ten minutes with him than hours with a few of the others Comment from : john james toner |

What's good setting for glass in a light box, white background for etched glasses? Yes I know black background would be better But if I can master white background I can easily do black Comment from : JOOTB |
|
Thank you for this! You really did an exceptional job presenting this information I have one question, and I hope I'm wording this clearly: My Canon T7 (probably like a lot of DSLRs and mirrorless cameras) allows me to view a 'live preview' on the screen/display instead of using the viewfinder; when I use this mode, I can adjust the shutter and aperture as you explain here but I have to exit the live preview in order to adjust the ISO Oddly (or so it seems to me), when I'm in this live preview mode and press the ISO button you pointed out, it instead functions like an 'up arrow' and adjusts a little center box in the display; as far as I can tell, it's not adjusting my ISO at all Again, I hope I'm explaining this somewhat clearly Any ideas about how to quickly adjust my ISO without exiting the live preview mode? Comment from : Ron Felten |
