In the dirt 5 they improved the graphics but they ruined the rally mechanics of the game, I still like dirt 4 more

I still play Dirt4 on Linux when I get some time and the career is fantastic It's real rally simulation with the team management I really don't care about graphics, the playability and simulation counts for me

dirt 5 stinks the biggun a joke but its not funny and omg the rubber banding your acceleration n braking controls the ai which is so apparent in the sprint cars glad i got a refund

the car models will inherently look the same because they have to represent a real world vehicle and you cant change much its always gonna be the exact same model only liveries and very very minor details like extra lights or minor aero stuff its never gonna get different than that so i dont see how thats even a valid point or something to talk about everybody already knows this

Superb review!🎉As a longtime Dirt fan I was so disappointed with Dirt 4, it seemed like an undone game to me with a boring vibe Dirt 5 is what the series should look like-fun, vibrant and attention to details, it’s more like Dirt 2 & 3 which in my opinion the best I’m happy to see my favorite franchise is heading the right direction However my question is, is there really no replay mode in Dirt 5 or it’s just me overlooking? 😢

Actually, I was disappointed at Dirt5 Why did they eliminate the short course truck events which is my favorite? That was my first thing to look for after playing Dirt4 on Dirt5 Big disappointment

I actually played it a couple days ago for the first time and it is fun but the sounds are awful and the physics are basically the same as nfs If the game had some bumps to make you slow down instead of going full throttle it would be nice

I find sim rally games a bit boring, always competing against the clock, point to point on your own I'm all up for a more arcade take on Dirt, looks far more fun to play Some Dirt 5 races remind me of the Motorstorm series on PS3, these games were a blast I bought sim rally games before and played 10 min tops Motorstorm on the other hands was so much fun that I played countless hours

I'm not quite sure how their product team is thinking about this Dirt 5 is an arcade racing game that should have had an alternate title (kind of like what forza does with horizons) And dirt rally really should have just taken over the dirt name

Yet all those rally lights are useless because all the light models except the lancia stratos are the same which is disappointingbrLike literally the vehicle lighting in Dirt 5 is kind of a jokebrLancia Statos is the only one with dynamic lighting When you use the open doors feature the lights actually move correctlybrMeanwhile all other cars have a front mounted center light that is painfully visible and really sucks With all those lights you should be able to see much further but the lights are literally worse than lights on regular cars brStill a beautiful game though

Beside of Fanboys of Dirts always complain that dirt 5 is a massive downgrade, the game looks decent because it reminds me of the forza festival and everyone hates it, because its there opinion, and some of them like it if you want the game with rally stage, just buy get dirt 4 and 5 without even complaining

Dirt 5 brings shame to its predecessors I miss the weather and mud effects and splashes on camera in 3rd person mode Dirt 5 dissapoints in every aspect, even a Lego racer is more conplex than that They failed so bad
