I remember the 'Supergirl' 1984 starring Actress: Helen Slater I thought that the Supergirl (1984) movie was fairly descent Actress: Helen Slater would not do anything related to Superman until 2007 when she made guest apperances on the TV series, Smallville(2001-2011)

Ha this movie is such a trip It's like the Heavy Metal version of DC comics Not only do I not understand why this movie wasn't popular in the 80s, nor why some people continue to bash it, I think it's actually much better than the iconic Reeve's Superman films in several ways I think it was way ahead of its time If it were remade frame for frame with modern special effects, I think more people would appreciate the fantasy and comedy more MCU has been doing this really wellbrbrSupergirl: "You treat everyone as if they were put on this Earth to serve you!"brbrSelena: "More or less, I think they were"brbrlol!

Loving the power of Jerry Goldsmith What's even funnier is that Donner wanted Goldsmith to score "Superman"(hence their amazing collaboration on "The Omen", Goldsmith's only Oscar win for an awesome film score) So this could've been the score to "Superman" Just to be clear, John Williams did an amazing job scoring "Superman"
