The best tip i can give you as a plat 2 is that you have to work on your movement more than your aiming because When you go higher ranks Players have good AIM and you have to dodge the shots also not just focusing on the Kill, also your AIM will be Better by practice and other things are just gamesense and knowing the Agent you pick

Good thing to help gold/ brPlay is to play every roll, learn what they do, how to play them, what I do is I fill what ever my team needs, I can play smokes, sentinels, initiator, duelist, learn 1 agent in each well and it's alit easier games

Lemme be so real these are general tips when it comes to rank you at the end of the day need to really humble yourself and evaluate yourself as a whole, I alrdy did that and jumped from gold 2 to ascendant 1 all in 2 weeks mainly because of the synergy and out of the box creativity I have with astra
