From my experience so far, I've found that there's a certain measure of calculated 'laziness' that a leader should have in order to keep the team flourishingbrbrEven when you can do it all, you have to be willing to let as much of it go to others as possiblebrbrHowever, I've also learnt that all qualities of leadership are entirely dependent on the qualities of the followers - and vice versa It's really like puzzle pieces after all brbrSo, there's an unspoken caveat to what Mr Steve Jobs has said here Yeah, you need to make the right people stay But, you have to hire them first
