This is truly a great review! If you are still monitoring this, can I as if it is viable for cutting mother of pearl and similar for inlaying? Thanks

I tried doing the sainsmart The machine went through the motions correctly but did not go into the material enough Any thoughts?

Did what you did, went to do the probe, and literally nothing happened Will not respond to probe commands at all brEdit*brbrthinking the board is fried brand new out of the box Never even got to use Checked the power supply brick, it is indeed 24v Checked the power coming from the wall to the end of the power supply feed wire, 245 volts Plugged into the board, turn on and stepper motors work Checked the pins for the spindle, 052 volts I'm no electrician by any means But it seems to me that is incorrect brI can see the LED respond on the board when I hit buttons, and the spindle gets none and the LED light on top of the spindle, will not turn on at all Not sure how exactly the spindle motor not turning on affects the probe sequence to make it not move at all when the probe command on the offline controller is pressed, but it doesn't work either I can only assume the board brbrIdeas? I ordered another board off amazon for 50$ brbrI got a 25k$ CNC sitting in the garage unbuilt I'm trying to familiarize myself with a smaller one so i dont jack up a bigger one

Would you happen to know what kind of runout you're getting? I measured 00008" at the spindle shaft but 0002" at the bit This was a new, high quality 1/8" bit, so I'm assuming the collet is to blame

Like others have said - great video I just got one for Christmas and this helped me out tremendously The supplied directions and assembly video they provide do not match making things slow to build Plus once it's built what next? For a newbie like me the manual says use instructions on page XX All there is is a qr code to a useless internet page Your video got me up and running in no timebrbrJust wondering if there are any other bit sets you could recommend Also, I've seen some CNC's run in the past and they take multiple passed to make deep cuts Does this machine do the same? Does the software do this automatic?brbrThanks - Mike

I just recently bought this (2022 May) as my first cnc router machine, the manual shows pics screenshot of you gloves lol Also the t nut on the side already pre installed
