I refused to buy off scalpers, waiting was worth it As stock became readily available here in Australia in all the big stores it was actually the better 6nm chip version with 2years of software development updates Scalpers helped me get the better console for a deal with an extra controller 👍

I waited 2 years until I could get one for retail price (bought directly from Sony through the 'lottery-like' campaign they had, and that was thanks to a website that would get the email invites 🤨) brHonestly Sony should consider Valve's model for buying a SteamDeck; you reserved one for $5, when the window is open for purchase you complete the transaction and wait for your unit to arrive Sony has the perfect system to implement this, the PS Plus account They should have allowed people to reserve a new console through this service and you got it whenever it gets built
