I have the same specs you have I have 1366x768 resolution monitor , 4 Gb ram , Intel 2 duo CPU , Gt 710 GPU , 64-bit and much other thing same And in my pc the game run much better than you Just some lag in GTA online brJust buy the game much smooth gameplay and clear the background software which are not in use by the task manager
