Easiest place to do this is in Van Horn Close to the lighthouse, climb on a rock and search for one of the smaller boats on the river which is as far away as possible People on slow boats are easier targets than those on a fast-moving carriage Use the rolling block rifle with high velocity ammo Comment from : Elicon
