The way I do it:br1 Remove leaves or gather any dropped leaves Ones you remove will work better because the dropped ones may be old or dyingbr2 Place on usual succulent soil, no need to waitbr3 Place them in a bright sunny spot and forget about thembr4 When you remember them after a while, spray the soil, but not the leaves because they might rotbrbrTiny roots will grow first and I like to spray them once to encourage them Soon tiny baby succulents will grow!! I water these when the mother leaf dies and when they are big enough they get their own tiny pots

I will suggest that we shouldn't water the leaves immediately after putting it into the soil,rather we should water it after 2-3 days after putting it into the soil
