My problem is packet loss manand i just seen another video that basically saying the only way to fix that shit is some lengthy process of contacting a 3rd party to force the isp to install some shit called a node split I feel overwhelmingly frustrated to even bother with that long ass process

No one will tell you this, so I will In your Xbox network settings it says "UPnP Not Successful", which means your ISP has blocked specific ports for security reasons What you need to do is log into your ISP account (Spectrum, AT&T, etc) and go into advanced settings

I noticed when u change your DNS to Google public 8888 8844 it just keeps your internet more stable from shooting up to those ping spikes
