I started running the 60,000 PSI waterjet at school I thought the pump was the loudest part Nope I jumped out of my skin the first time It took me a while and a pair of earplugs to get used to it It's beyond cool to go model up a part on CAD, walk 30 feet, throw it in the jet, adjust the settings and have the part you just modeled in your hand within 5 minutes Absolutely incredible

Will you guys buy an industrial vortex tube and cut it in half? Maybe encase it in resin before cutting? I'd love to know what the inside of the small ones look like Oh and you guys can have shitloads of fun with it first I'm sure In case you don't know what a vortex tube is, it's pretty much black magic lol, add compressed air in the side and 200C air shoots out one way and -50C air shoots out the other I'm not even sure if the science behind it is fully understood

Clothes made of polyester, acrylic, nylon etc has a nasty tendency to melt and stick on your skin if on fire or splashed with molten metal I suggest cotton, wool, leather or other fireproof clothing while having fun with molten metal - just saying 😋
