hi, thanks for the instructional video, I've got a slight hiccup, the other day the voice activation button was fine, when I pressed it, a microphone icon appeared on the tv, and I simply asked the tv to change the channel to another channel, and it did fine, but now when I press the same microphone button, I get 4 colored dots on the bottom left screen and it appears to be connecting to google chrome? I think it types on screen what I say but it doesn't do anything until put my postcode in? didn't have to do this before, can you help please cheers

Have just purchased the LG55 C@ evo January 2023- Manuals for set and remote very poor lack i full instructions for setup The remote instructions are so small as to be unreadable! There is not enough instruction on how to access many features of the Magic Controller Perhaps the Technical writing team should have a look at the Soniq or Sony Bravia manuals for guidance!! I

Here's a perfect example of why not to buy an LG TV A 10 minute video explaining how to use a remote control I made a mistake and bought an LG TV when all the rest of the TVs in my house are Samsung The remote control on Samsung is much simpler with much fewer buttons

I just got this remote today and it's a nice remote The only thing missing for me is the button on the standard LG remote that let's you flick between the radio and TV channels I've added the radio app to the quick access buttons, but would be nice for that button to have remained on the magic remote, was a nice feature

The microphone button stopped working so i bought new remote and it's working but not the microphone button! When I Press it says przez the OK Button on my magic remote to pair it 2 your TV ! I can press the button hundreds times and always the same sign comes back! also resetting by home and back buttons doesn't do anything! Greatest help videovso far I learnt alot However on my LG remote which is the same as your fat one the pointer works and is red n points but I cannot click anything eg I hit home button to get Netflix but the pointer won't let me click to open any apps Voice button works and takes me to Netflix but when I click pointer over app it won't open it When I click home button apps appear at bottom of screen but red pointer won't open them It clicks but nothing happens I tried to reset holding back and home together I have turned tv on and off brI have spent 3 hours searching the internet I have held remote in front of my phone to make sure infrared is workingas per a different demobrIt started doing it so I changed the battery but still not workingbrPS Netflix works on other TVs around the house 😭😭😭💖
