BTW, I literally took out the disk Powered it off, cleaned the disk and put it back in and after lots of previous loops it worked Coincidence? No idea but that worked for me

try cleaning the disk, the best way to do it is put tooth paste on it (no baking soda) and wash it off with water dry it with something soft like a blanket and try your best to not touch the bottom and get finger prints on it and dry this may work for some and it may not
