bro your problem is not fixed because same problem I had also in GTA V that power usage of CPU and GPU is same ie 70 both but GPU has to be 99 and CPU had to be 70-80 ?

bro my pc can render good graphics, my nvidia card burnt out and taken away recently I'm now running on intel uhd 620 The problem is, it's usage after driving or like 5 minutes into game falls to 0 and the game lags as hell and I even get negative fps, the frames aren't moving at all When the gpu 0 is running at 80 or any number above 60 the game is smooth I need to run it on any higher percentage that possible, any fix?
