Good idea, but Beach gold is very fine, I recommend Centrifugal concentrators , otherwise half gold can be lost

Great video my manbrThat rock looks like it could be a metamorphic rock called puddingstone Here in the Boston area we have Rocksbury puddingstone which looks like braggregates held together by concrete Puddingstones can contain chromite, corundum, platinum, diamond, GOLD, sapphire, zircon

If u ever make it up that way there a geological survey I read that was 27 pages that really helped me pin point some great gold, it's called marine gold placers along the gulf of alaska margin I walked away with 47 ozs in a 5 month period Mainly flower gold, some very nice nugs from up the copper, that area is amazing, if u don't mind a grizzly incounter or 2

Do you need a permit to sluice in the Superior shoreline recreationally or aren't they too stringent? We go up to Blind Sucker a lot for camping but it looks like you are over near Red and Green?? Our Grandkids live it Pike fishing and Yooper Lite hunting They would probably love gold mining

Hey Jason the Mason, have you ever thought about bringing a concrete rake with to scrape the black sands into a pile? It wouldnt add to much weight to your pack, and could even chop the handle to make it shorter
