What can I do if I disputed a item with Midland Credit for a Synchrony bank account ( which I have had 3 different Synchrony bank accounts) So I was unsure which account they're referring to because I know I paid Off most of them But for the amount they're saying I owe I don't recognize that amount so I requested for them to send me a A copy of the original purchasing receipt from the merchant That they are saying I defaulted on So I can see if it's a charge that I recognize And to see if the amount they're saying I owe is correct I also asked them to send me a copy of the original contract with my signature on it And a copy of all payments made A copy of my account ledger And the only thing I received And the only thing I received was copies of a bill That does not list the name of the original merchant They're claiming I purchased an item Neither does it say what exactly was that I purchased I'm not trying to be difficult but I have used synchrony bank synchrony bank to finance several purchases and I'm unsure sure on which purchase they're saying I defaulted on I defaulted on so I was requesting that so I could Is verify if it's a legitimate charge or not But all they sent me was copies of monthly billsLet's say synchrony bank home credit card which like I said I've had several So Does that mean that they did not Comply with what I requested for them to send me? I've been fighting with this damn score for over two years nowI'm so discouraged and frustrated Last month finally got it to to 530 this month nothing was different but it's suddenly 508 It was all the way down to 278 All this time and I'm sitting at 508 still!? Interesting Read this situation current scores are over 750 The only negative bad debt are 6 Navient private loans in derogatory-charge off status Opened between 2006-2008 Last payment dat 2012 Last activity date 2016 Only reporting on TU Statute of limitations in VA is 5 years Its now 9 years from last payment date There is a cease and desist order in place from 2015 (from a previous lawyer group) I didnt know it was still active In order to get pre-approval for a home loanwhat should I do?
