Fiat money (paper money) is not backed by any government It's backed by nothing It's made out of thin air by banks when they issue riba based loans These central banks are the ones that makes this money when the government asks them for loans and they have the control over the supply Every time you deposit money into a bank account you are effectively giving a loan to the bank so they can use it for whatever dealings they want The number you see in your account is an IOU from the bank you essentially have nothing in your account Compare that to Bitcoin whose supply is hard capped therefore cannot be inflated and is operated in a decentralized ledger which means no one person controls it And most importantly, it's not made from riba Comment from : Y D |
