XFX has been really really good for GPU's They used to have lifetime warranty (Which they will still honor if you have an affected product that was originally lifetime warranty) They still offer 3 years and I've found their customer service to be really responsive Their GPU's are also really nicely made, at least on the high end Comment from : Sean Sinha |

I really like the company PNY, you really should give them a try They have gone above and beyond on the last two graphics cards I purchased 1 gaming and one workstation card In fact PNY has earned my consistent business EVGA Comment from : UnknownMoses |

Easy for you to say it, living in the first world We, from "the rest of world" if a brand mess up and launch a faulty product we are screwed cause brands couldn't care less about support and warranty Actually, I wouldn't doubt if the faulty cards they get back from you they sell back as brand new to third world countries Comment from : Douglas |

I've had 9-10 graphics cards over the past 15-20 years always bought MSI (nvidia, and radeon), never had any issues except 1 card, each switch was a upgrade, upgraded to a zotac nvidia lasted 6-8 months, went right back to msi, still no issues I'll stick with MSI (only graphics cards, and tower motherboards), bought a msi gaming laptop years ago, most expensive, and last laptop I bought (had 8-9), as soon as the warranty ran out the motherboard fried Comment from : Zaber Freedom |

I've been building PCs since the late 90's I have experience on the subject since I have been working in a company since 2010, providing technical support with 1500 PCs in charge (they are office PCs, not gamers) Since I started working, we are renovating PCs, CPU we had bad experiences with amd at the time of the athons and phenoms with different motherboards, we decided to use only intel We only use thermaltake power supplys (500W/600W TR2 and some smart 500w), we have more than 1000 and none have ever failed Many have been working non-stop since before the pandemic since users access remotely via vpn In fact, I started buying this type of psu when I started working since there was all generic psu of those silver ones that dies after a few months We only buy low end asus motherboards, I can assure you that of more than 1000, not a single one fails, we tried gigabyte and msi but we had problems with some of those RAM memories we only use kingston value or hyperx, never a problem SSD we used kingston a400 also (we had 4 or 5 failures of more than 1000 in use), a single batch of 40 ssd SU650 adata failed all 40 after 1 year, never again I believe that my experience in large quantities may represent something more than a one-time bad experiencebrbrIn my personal life (not work) I have built hundreds of PCs, many gamers, I swear I had no problems with an Asus motherboard or with MSI graphics cards brbrI had problems with MSI, Gigabyte, ASrock motherboards I had problems with EVGA and XFX graphics cards I had problems with Corsair Vengeance memories brbrI currently prefer MSI graphics cards, and Asus TUF motherboards, hyperx ram memories (Other ram brands I would trust: Crucial, Patriot) and WD black (at least blue), some Intel or Kingston Fury nvme disks PSU I prefer at least bronze or gold; Thermaltake, Cooler Master, and if I can afford it, a Seasonic, these brands (higher end models possible) are the most reliable of the ones easy to get in my country, and I had no problems with thosebrbrEVGA has the same low quality reputation as XFX and Zotac around here Even worse quality than Asrock Comment from : Playtech |

Brands I used to think of as low end, not so good, that I now think are top notch: MSI and ASRockbrBrands I used to think of as the best and now won't touch with a 10 ft pole: Gigabyte (big time)! AsusbrAlways been fond of EVGA, XFXbrAlways been on the fence about Biostar Have seen decent stuff from thembrHATE with flaming passion forever, period!: Creative Labs, and Razer Nothing can ever redeem them to mebrMore for musical stuff than computers, but Yamaha ROCKS, along with Ibanez Gibson Sucks! Comment from : Dude Guyman |

i think the more a motherboard is sopisticated, the more there are issue's possibililties on it like a car so try to keep your need simple and don't always look after the most expensive and facy product out there, cause it definitely doesn;t mean that it's the most reliable it's the opposite, the most your setp is expensive, the most yo uwill have regular maintenance fees there and there unfortunately in europe we can't found (easily) evga boardsbr_bras my need was really specfic, only msi came up with one board that fits my need from one side, i'm disappointed to saw that part broken the day of the warranty ends (mortar mag b550m), but from the other, thanks to this board, i don't have to go with a most expensive cpu architecture, and that saves me a lot of bucks kinda mixed feelings msi always made great amd laptop, and when it comes to adm solutions, they came up with the cleaverest motherboard designs out there but my previous expenrience with asrock/intel got much better reliabilitybr_brat the end of the day, i have to change my old asrock/intel setup cause it wasn't good enough for gaming so as i say, the more you have a sophisticated need, the more that required power will be the source of various issues having a single machine for BOTH streaming and gaming, in micro-atx, is an huge challenge to fits huge amount of technology in a not so big form factor Comment from : House Station Live com |
Why didn't you comment only on 10 of companies?brbrbrMy full trust:brSapphirebrEVGA,brAMD,brCrucial,brCorsair,brScythe,brNoctuabrbrbrI will never ever buy:brGigabytebrNvidia Comment from : Portal PL |

Medion, verry bad Quallity Comment from : Andre ABC |

I trusted ASROCK on their new motherboard but don't anymore still trusting both EVGA and GIGABYTE the MSI motherboard only Comment from : Cent セント・シーザー |
i trust lian li for some reason Comment from : Kapuas Steamworks |
I still trust my local butcher Comment from : Dr Gasgeber |
I have been using EVGA products since 2005 Their warranty and customer service is unmatchedbrbrTo give you an example, i just recently RMA'ed my ancient 1070 TI and got a 2070 XC Black Edition replacement in the same week Mind you, i am in California but they have always been swift and helpfulbrbrShame that they're going out of the GPU market That's why i am here Comment from : Pekmez Pita |
Bequiet and Noctua are two brands I genuinely feel I could trust with my elderly dog and know they'd protect her at all costs, they just don't seem to have any ulterior motives at all, like they actually care about the product more than the profit lines, which is nice - granted both brands are expensive, but my mum always says 'you get what you pay for' Comment from : Garrington Levy |
I like Zotac Comment from : Tudorache Mihai |
nvidia lost me 3 years ago, i am team red now intel was never even in my list but i am considering a i7 now due to willingness but any brand from china and manufactured in china is out i mean this nation has had nothing but ill feelings for us and their quality is a always a huge concern i mean they cant even make a proper usb charger there are things you just do not want it to be made in china… water cooling is one of them these are things that need alot of attention to detail because of a cheaper or lower quality o ring therefore the consumer computer is lost Comment from : Noneofyour Business |
asus replaced all my faulty device (gpu) mainly, which was still under warranty so did corsair brands i couldnt get a warranty while the product was still under warranty kingston not all manufacturers are good at every product like asus mobo are some of the best, gpu also but not gigabyte gpu like i would not buy a asus psu and instead go for corsair asus, gigabyte and thermaltake psu will never make my list Comment from : Noneofyour Business |
I think this is an important review, especially as you cited examples of larger-scale and impactful cases I wonder if you have any perspectives to share about PNY? Comment from : Brandon Koh |
I miss evga Comment from : moyako1802 |
from the most recent and the most stupid from my side - I bought 6700XT from Biostar and done RMA after two month it was first attempt to switch to Red team after years with exclusively Greens so now I am kinda automatically biased to AMD either…brbryears ago my EVGA 8800GTS 640mb dead w/o obvious reason… same happened to 560ti by MSI with fancy twin frozr III coolingbrbrat the same time cheap Gigabyte 1060 3gb Windforce served me for 6 years almost flawlessly (cheap bearing gave up and started to sound scratchy at 60-65 fan speed) Comment from : Diesotto |
What about asrock? Comment from : Man Womble |
Cant trust any influencer/youtuber/etc Comment from : DVCasey0311 |

MSI, Asus, Zotac and Gigabyte I've had a card from all of those and never failed me on temps those are trusted from me Comment from : Nah mate |
RIP - EVGA Comment from : s h a w a r m a |
Should I buy rtx 3060 from zotac??? Comment from : Hellgod Gaming |
I have yet to see a PSU of any brand I can trust and it's 2023 brYou used to be able to buy the old 3lb/4lb white boxes like they used to use in school computers in the 90's and they would seemingly last indefinitely But nowadays, if you can make one last a month and not take out your entire system when it fries consider yourself lucky and if you can get a company to fully honor their warranty and not have to pay shipping back to the company, consider it a miracle Comment from : DunderHead 5000 |
I am sorry for EVGA to leave the GPU market (thanks Nvidia) because ever since I switched to them from Gigabyte, I was quite happy So my go to "avoid" is Gigabyte for anything GPU I had a bad experience with MSI for Mobo and that is why I avoid them Comment from : Cri354 |
What's so bad about zotac? I've been using their 2080 ti card for sometime now and there hasn't been any issues Comment from : moon |
EVGA are legendary Comment from : Dragzilla66 |
I hate the fact that AMD is shitter than the big N Comment from : Dumb Comment |
The only company I trust is microcenter I can return anything I want whenever I want Comment from : brain id |
I literally have the most unreliable combo EVGA 3090 with a Gigabyte 850w power supply Still, no issues so far Comment from : adogaruu |
I'll say this about AMD I've been through 3 of the cards the last 4 or so years, and they've all had crashingconstant crashing The CPUs are fine, but man the GPUS have been the most unreliable experience ever I'm sadly going to switch to Team Green because I just can't trust AMD anymore Spending months tweaking, uninstalling drivers, reinstalling drivers, underclocking, making sure cooling is efficient Etc Performance is good, reliability is absolutely terrible Comment from : Khari |
Nvidia is a company that manages to achieve the impossible - to deliver top products in such an unsatisfying way that at the end of the day is a brand I would never believebrbrMy first big disappointment with them was the nForce3-250GB chipset from wow, 2004? They launched it They launched it with great marketing and on the day of the launch they had a beta driver which disabled half of the features of the chipset like hardware firewall They NEVER issued another version of the driver, they just suddenly forgot about the existence of that premium "GB" version of the chipset and focused on nForce4 I couldn't return my motherboard, because it was from EPOX which sadly stopped existing at that time I said "Never Nvidia again", and my "never" lasted for 14 years until 20th of September, 2018 when on the launch date I had in my hands an RTX2080 (still running it) That was a rough launch - only demos of raytracing, no games until 6 months later, screen flickering when the card changes power states Today, 45 years later I am happy with the card The first YEAR - no So Nvidia, indeed, untrustworthy 100 Comment from : jassenjj |
How can you say Ryzen was bad five years ago when that's the time of the Ryzen 5000s Great mid-range CPUs Comment from : Tom R |
Lol at your comment Nvidia could put out a turd and people would bye it Just like Apple Comment from : Tom R |
3:05 I wanna see that retention graph Comment from : YouTuner * |
I'm using the new newer GIGABYTE GP-UD1000GM PG5 1000 W with PCIE 50 support with my 4090/13900K for 9 months now no issues great PSU I disagree with your AMD assessment they seem to be more share holder focused not gamer focused Comment from : OVERWATCH DVA |
When you were talking about asus and all the stuff they sell, that pc builders would use, also thinking of the crazy number of laptop models they produce it's nuts Comment from : Light Science |
You didn’t mention zotac, got a card from them and thinking about returning it it’s a 3060 12GB $300 Comment from : Mohamed Elkastawy |
Gigabyte seems to be the only cards giving some decent deals on 40 series cards in Canada as of Feb 23 Maybe this is due to them trying to get their product into more people's hands now after a lot of bad reviews from people like you Has your opinion changed since this video or are we still stuck with having to pass over these graphic cards for more expensive brands? I personally have never owned a Gigabyte card as I've typically owned EVGA, MSI and Asus Unfortunately, EVGA is no more and MSI and ASUS seem to be having trouble with Coil Whine in the 40 series cards I respect your opinion on what I should do Comment from : John Wicks |
I know this vid is a year old, but, I agree with all you said except EVGA I had a Computer store back in 2007-11 Every EVGA item went back Not one worked more than a few moths I will not ever trust them My new build is all Asus, Corsair and Crucial They may be outdated (New older parts), but it is a solid build for my needs Comment from : Big Bass Lake |
How is Gigabyte still in business 😂😂 Comment from : WarWolf |
I'm pretty loyal to ASUS, especially when it comes to their motherboards When I first started building my own PCs I switched MB-manufacturers quite often, MSI, Gigabyte, etc and they never lasted very long they more or less all broke right after the waranty was over Never had that issue again, after I switched to ASUS, might be pure luck, but as long as this streak continues, I'm not putting a motherboard by a different brand into my rigs again^^ Comment from : sneakprev1984 |
