I revisit this video and find it interesting that no one has emerged definitively as Satoshi Nakamoto I think it's pretty obvious that Adam Back is actually Satoshi, especially since he introduced the major Bitcoin innovation known as proof-of-work with his earlier creation of hashcash And hashcash never caught on, perhaps because he clearly noticed, having a publicly known founder was a bug not a feature and he wasn't about to make the same mistake And I don't understand your small block size reasoning Keeping small one megabyte block sizes was clearly Adam leaving the back door open for the later company to emerge

Or maybe Satoshi just realized that no system can scale on layer 1 The video misses to mention that had the big blockers won, that would have led to increased hardware and storage cost and centralization in the mining industry Also as far as I know, it was not for the miners alone to decide whether to implement the big block proposal, it was fundamentally the 10 000 single nodes that rejected the run the new software
