It is an admitted fact by both sides - India and China, that the LAC is not demarcated It is not border Post WWII the McMohan line separating India and China was arbitrarily drawn hurriedly by a colonial retreating power, the British, without regard to any history, culture or ethnicity Just a watershed line on the map So what are stone walls doing in an undemarcated area? Is it not provocative and disturbs the peace?

I have to add a bit more nuance on the Tibet history Tibet has been at war with the middle kingdom since Tang dynasty The struggle continues until the Qing dynasty at which point both the incarnation of Dalai Lama and Panchen Lama needs approval (although symbolic in natural) from the Qing Emperor After the collapse of Qing dynasty, legally the whole China was supposed to be transferred to the next central government, but effectively China were ruled by many regional warlords Of course, Tibet declared independence but it was never recognized by any later central government after the fall of Qing When Mao "invaded" Tibet, it was not viewed as foreign act by the Chinese but just one last remaining warlord being annexed brbrPlease don't come at me, and insist that Mao invaded Tibet I don't care what you think, nor do you care what I think I am simply supplementing a bit more background
