I really loved the zombie slaying aspect in the first 2 games but found all the other mechanics in the game tedious and outdated beyond belief Having to level up before actually tackling the story? Check A ticking mission clock in an open world that begs to be explored and played in? Check Replaying the beginning multiple times as you level up and get better instead of increasing the difficulty AS you progress through the story? Check Ridiculously frustrating psychopath boss fights who despite still being human, can inexplicably take a full SMG clip to the face? Check No auto saves?
