so, in graphs which contains various countries, lots of years and fluctuation, we should focus on the final period in overall paragraph ? I saw a sample summarise the whole period instead of the final section (3 countries, 3 timelines)

First of all, I would like to thank you for your lesson and I have a question In the first sentence of the Overview, you wrote that "Overall, except for Estonia, all states increased in 2022" So does it mean "Overall, except for Estonia, all states increased (FROM 2020) in 2022" because you didn't mention the starting point in this sentence, so I am not sure this is clear enough for the reader, can you explain more, thanks you so much
