When I played on Xbox, this was the main weapon mod I used for the longest time I didn't really use any extra mods to add a lot of guns, except for a few I miss it, and if it got updated with new animations, I would love to reinstall it, since it had some amazing guns

My only gripe about this mod is that even at say level 100 you're still going to get 1 shot by a level 1 raider with an Uzi, even through your power armour and even with the damage scaled back via MCM

Hey y'all, I'm a moderator for Modern Firearms and the devs have made a ton of changes since 2018! Its so sad, they call the mod "final" but i just tested it Missing animations, broken addons which cause ctd in workbench, totally unbalanced Like shotguns come with 240 basedamage same as LMG, while n8 launcher only have 100 I play on survival with increased damage income and many other weapon mods, so this is absolut bs I created my own balance patch just to realise that the broken mods cause ctd now i can remove everthing and hope this is not more work than the installation

Modern Firearms 26 is out, it comes with custom animations just how it's been requested And yes, LMGs, and shotguns have custom animations to It's not out for XBOX yet, but it'll be out soon

25-14 Temporary is the latest version available, though they've decided to release 26 rather than go straight to 30 Hopefully, an Xbox release will also come with the PC version by the end of this month or sometime within the next month They're axing the clothing and armor to save space, as well as re-work and re-design what's currently availablebrbrAnimations still need work, but the weapon models are better and the bugs are being ironed outbrbrAnimations needed for forward charging-handle long guns (H&K lineup), the AR-57, belt feds (Because the M60 animations only work on the M60) and a couple of other miscellaneous like bullpup bolt-actions They're implementing AR, AK, Pump/Semi-Auto Shotgun, Bolt-Action, and Handgun animations as we speak, though many guns will still be using the SCAR placeholder in 26

MF sucks if youre on xb1 we only have 2gigs of mod space and MF would take up like a third 😂 its a great mod but i hated how the snipers were reallyyyy OP and super mutants would use them as a replacer for energy weapons and i would always be one shotted if i came close, so MF needs better tweaking for console overall

Imo the weapons are way too janky to use myself, the first person models, animations, and sounds are just terrible I do use the mod though, as it makes enemies far more dangerous and the weapons actually look decent in other peoples hands RU556 blows MF out of the water, even though its just one weapon If you've ever played Escape from Tarkov, low quality animations from any other game will probably make you want to curl up in a corner and die

Which version is the best to have for all of its gun, or do you need all of them Because there are different versions like the Tactical and the other ones, I'm just curious which one has more gun's because the one for more space has less people and the one with lower space has 59k people
