Для тех у кого пиратка, проверьте не стоит ли у вас утилита блокировки обновлений (обычно она в пуске - все программы - Обновление Windows выключить или включить) Эта утилита блокирует доступ к серверам обновления, из за этого стор и другие приложения не могут соединиться к серверам Смотрите полное описание к сборке в теме с раздачей
