For the defective balls problembrwe could first take the ball from box 1 weigh it on the machinebrand keep on adding the balls from other boxes respectively until the weight displayed is oddbrwe are just adding the balls not weighing it one by one so the process should still count as one single step

Question 7; five races I could split hairs and say one race because I ran five races of five horses simultaneously but let's just say five My horses were numbered the same way as the horses were numbered in the video and without a timekeeping device it was still easy enough to identify winners of individual races as being the first of it's own group to cross the finish line I was concerned before the start that I wouldnt be able to relate the winners and losers of the any one race to any other race which would be a necessary element to the solution but I went ahead anyway As I watched the "solution" in the video unfold I saw that something was wrong I still would like to see a valid solution My starting line was a big circle around all the horses with the horses facing outward (their asses all pointing back to the center of the circle) My finish line was a bigger circle with a radius one furlong longer than the radius of the start circle When the bell went off all the horses took off running and the first three horses to reach the finish line were the ones that I considered the fastest three I must be wrong though because when I applied the process given in the video it didn't work out Somebody help me! Again, without a timekeeping device, I was able to only estimate the actual results for any given horse and the results are as follows; Horse 1- 1 minute, horse 2- 2 minutes, horse 3- 3 minutes, horse 4- 4 minutes, horse 5- 5 minutes, horse 6- 6 hours, horse 7- 7 hours, horse 8- 8 hours, horse 9- 9 hours, horse 10- 10 hours, horse 11- 11 days, horse 12- 12 days, horse 13- 13 days, horse 14- 14 days, horse 15- 15 days, horse 16- 16 weeks, horse 17- 17 weeks, horse 18- 18 weeks, horse 19- 19 weeks, horse 20- 20 weeks, horse 21- 21 years, horse 22- 22 years, horse 23- 23 years, horse 24 shrugged his shoulders and walked back to the stable and sadly horse 25 died of ald age I'm confused because according to the video four of the horses I would have had run in race six were known to be slower than other horses that had already been eliminated, in one case by as much as 23 years 364 days 23 hours and 59 minutes If anyone should care to help me figure this out please remember that the times while reliable, are still only estimated

Most simple approach I cud think of for bucket problem isbr1) fill 5L bucket upto brimbr2) pour water in 5L bucket into 3L bucket Were left with 2L water in 5L bucketbr3)Pour 2L water from 5L bucket into 8L bucketbr4)Empty 5L and 3L bucketbr5) Repeat step 1 to 4br6)we get 4L water in 8L bucket

@duanedsilva3573
@38:50 keep a race of 5 horses each brAfter 5 races will have 5 fastest horses (5 races)brKeep race amongst 5 horses to find the slowest horse Eliminate that horse (6 races)brKeep race amongst fastest 4 horse to find slowest horse (7 races)brWere left with the fast 3 horses

water Bucket puzzle can be solved like this:br1 Full 5L bucket br2 Pour it into 8L bucketbr3 Pour that water from 8L bucket to 3L bucket and full it Now 8L bucket has 2L remaining waterbr4 Remove all water from 3L bucketbr5 Fill that remaining 2L water from 8L bucket to 3L bucket again, so 8L bucket will be empty and 3L bucket has 2L in itbr7 Fill 5L bucket fullybr8 Pour water from 5L bucket to 3L bucket till it fills completely, so that transferred water will be of course 1L Whick make sures 5L bucket has remaining 4L That's the solution

@jovankovacevic4266
I think 833 bananas The logic behind is - bananas are eaten only if a camel carries thembrOtherwise, he could bring 533 bananas to sell them just so he could buy another 1000 bananas to feed the animal on their way back home
Comment from : @jovankovacevic4266

@prasannakamath9972
for the 8L, 5L, 3L We could do:brFill 3L first and transfer it into 5L Remaining space in 5L is 2L so again fill 3L and empty it in 5L So you are left with 1L in 3L bucketbrbrThrow the 5L water and fill the remaining 1L from 3L Refill the 3L and transfer it to 5L This will give 4L in 5L bucket
