The intro is inspired by LockPickingLawyer :DbrI had plans to release this video along with the first episode of the Bannerlord Build Guide - but this one took waaaay longer than planned so I will try to get it out before Xmas My goal is to get Roguery perks done before Friday and WC epiosde 11 shortly after Wish me luck!! Comment from : Strat Gaming Guides |
Why do I always spawn in the middle of the map ? Comment from : Mathieu JACQ |
Empire is the only one that makes sense for Campaign Mode You start there, and the Dragon Banner is an Empire relic The idea of using an Empire relic as your banner when attempting to destroy the Empire is just off Comment from : Concedo Nulli |
if you know how to build your char the only real thing that matters in your culture choice is the one you want to play as even with the ones with the worst bonuses can be leveled to be better than the other ones in their flat bonuses and also the only real thing the culture pick does is slightly change the starting gear and your starting area in sandbox in the Campaign it makes little to no real diff between them at all Comment from : Allan Read |
I think Khuzaits are not mongol they are turk the mongols were like khuzaits for only about 100 years but turks are like this for 2000 year Comment from : WND |
Oh now I wish I had an Empire character lmao, my current Vlandian is losing 4,000 Denars/day soley because of Garrison wages Comment from : MailC3p |
Aserai for me also holding fief in aserai is much easier I tried sturgia but I hate the snow it cuz fps Go down can't even play smoothly instead play western khuzait Comment from : (Pakistan) |
So far, every playthrough I do, the Battanians get slaughtered pretty hard, which is weird given how strong they are Comment from : faasnu hind |
Empire Comment from : Christian leontsinis |
Battania is my favourite as well Those Fian Champions, they got it all, looks and skills I also really like all the cool lore Battanians have when you look at theri town/village descriptions A shame Caladog is such a terrible leader Comment from : ColourizeTheStreets |
Wow what a breakdown man Whew ! U put a lot of work into these Thank you! How long did it take to research and make this ? Comment from : Eric Sizemore |
I think with the Khuzait comparison the higher influence may be caused by you being a different culture I'm not sure though no way to test that but just a theory as to why the math may be skewed Comment from : Romeo Charles |
As a Turk, I guess I’ll start with Khuzaits 🐴🏹 Comment from : greywolf |
had to give a like and sub for all the time and testing to prove your information thanks heaps for that time investment and making my bannerlords experience better ! Comment from : Dominic Villavicencio |
LOL that Tale Worlds math Comment from : Swa_ |
so vlandian culture has no debuffs? Comment from : quentin noble |
This was great, thanks 👍👍 Comment from : Edward Arnett |
Why are the other 3 cultures bad? Comment from : Old Omen |
Well with Bannerlord coming to Xbox Series X/S and PS5 in two days time to start brushing up on what faction I want to play as Comment from : DJ Wolfenstein |
I always start near Poros 🤔 Comment from : XirausGaming |
Have any of these bugs been fixed in the last 9 months? Comment from : Jared Smith |
Has the Trade Penalty Reduction been fixed yet? Comment from : Cow Chop Time |
Is the bonus from shared culture valuable enough to be a deciding factor I like the Battanian culture bonus, but prefer Vlandian troops and prefer starting my empire in Aserai territory so I don't get ganged up on while building up I know there are some bonuses to sharing culture with troops and cities but I don't know if it's worth changing the plans to benefit from those bonuses Comment from : Adam Rodgers |
Good work! Comment from : eospc |
blah blah blah read the words on the screen blah blah blah Comment from : John Galt |
That intro What am I even watching Gandhi doing a jail break? Comment from : LilGamingYes |
Ok good im not the only one who found the sennon hardwood cheese Comment from : Protest Reality |
The best for me is aserai and for soldiers I like khyzait Comment from : Mugiwara Mugiwarano |
thank you for this bruh i just started playing bannerlord 2 Comment from : CloudX |
Weird Battanians seem to get such great bonuses, yet they seem to fall early in EVERY campaign I watch that isn't focused on them Maybe too many enemies? Comment from : StillCant BeSilenced |
Big respect for the battanian bias, loving my playthrough with it rn Comment from : copper b |
Are you sure the trade penalty isn't for the caravan itself? Comment from : jo1italianstyle |
Been a long time since I've really sat down with Bannerlord, did they remove one of the cultures having faster troop XP gain? I remember that always being my go to pick Comment from : tastychunks |
they should pay you for qa Comment from : iOverThoughtThis |
Vlandia characters sound like the perfect evil tradersbrLots of cunning, and the only culture whos character creation doesnt only have 1 steward point Comment from : Ethribin |
Pretty sure that the distance a party is from you affect invite to army so might wana test the valandian influence cost again Comment from : Mathew Levocz |
I forget what perk it is but it seems you should just pick the culture you're going to recruit most from None are bad but some seem gooder Comment from : Olive |
I hope they change the Vlandia culture perks they are the worst Comment from : aj863 |
не56ге76 Comment from : lulumid |
Bro I re-checked the video time when he said we gonna review the 7k plus combos Comment from : Renek king WILD RIFT |
My first time I picked Aserai, made tons of trades, picked the perk that allows you to gain renown for each caravan you own Clan Tier 5 in no time! Comment from : The Senate |
So, Vlandians have no downsides Thanks Taleworlds Comment from : The Senate |
Awesome I should have watched this before starting gaming Bannerlord I would had saved myself some time of my life Comment from : Yuriy I |
The Aserai trading perks is working But the Weapons, and Armors (and the horses and foods too) is not a trading stuff Only the other products count "trading things" As like wood, iron, velvet, jewelry, silver ect Comment from : Tamás Bécs |
Also worth pointing out the perks that depend on culture as well, meaning the troop tree can be relevant The perk that gives you an extra tier when recruiting from notables with your culture is very solid on Empire with their huge swaths cultural territory and their solid unit lines Comment from : DSlyde |
At first glance, I thought the opening footage was from escaping the prison in Oblivion Comment from : Nick |
once more, great video! Comment from : Nicolas Olivet |
crossbow is really disliked by Taleworlds for some reason Comment from : Art juh |
what does he mean when he says estear? Comment from : Jaeger2011 |
Been thinking to do a campaign of either Vlandia or Battania, because i’m from the region those people used to live (not at the same time ofc) but i’ve got this rlly good empire campaign that i don’t want to really give up, it’s confusing and pretty hard to decide on Comment from : Thana |
wdym the spawn location is always the same Comment from : Thana |
I cant exactly check right now but im pretty sure the Azeria trade bonus only applies to trade items and not all items Stuff like oil and leather Comment from : Tomek Kaminski |
I think the scariest army ive seen in all my playthroughs is the sturgian army I mean, t1-t3 are just villagers with some weapons, but oooh boy when they reach t4-t5 with their melee Basically your ranged units are wasted space in your army, and since they have the biggest shields on the entire game, their sieges are like a saurons doomstack Comment from : kolpere1 |
Asirai money talks man Comment from : John White |
Can you make one for real life? Comment from : Brrem silverte? |
On this channel I found all the answers to the questions about the Bannerlord game Comment from : Frank Columbo |
Another question is it possible to level up a perk without actually putting any points into it can you power through it eventually? For example if I don't put any points into spear throwing, and I just go ham on it can I eventually power through it with no multipliers Comment from : BrokenFang |
You do a video on what it takes to become a mercenary the benefits, how the mechanics work also when you decide to join the faction what gear you get for it Having a hard time finding a video with the faction loot for joining the kingdom Also don't fully understand the mercenary mechanic Really been enjoying your content a lot of times I'll replay a couple of the videos over and over while I play my playthrough Comment from : BrokenFang |
I do the banner of cladaros story which spawns in at the training ground inbetween poros and lycaron a decent start for the story out right Comment from : Vincent Celeste |
I pick Battania for movement bonus but play like a Khuzait with horse archers Comment from : fatih imral |
why in my game All culture spawn in empire area, betwen lycaron and pshycaon Comment from : TseTse poh |
hello, can you tell on which GPU and CPU you play bannerlord? Comment from : juki35 |
Awesome content, you've got a new sub! Comment from : Jesse |
Sounds like when Spirit of the Law meets Bannerlord Comment from : Ken B |
They should hire you as a QA for real Comment from : vetofthenet |
Depends on your play style Comment from : Derp Co |
Related to the Vlandian mercenary bonus and the new charm perk self promoter; I tried a vlandian play through with no smithing, to test if you can sustain a full steward size army with no smithing living as a mercernary, and apart of the obvious restritions of not being a vassal, economically it feels like playing catch up all the time I can't even upgrade the whole army without really having problems, even doing trade regularly and 4 workshops working just fine (1 silversmith and 3 breweries atm) I like that you can build around perks that get you more influence to get a healthy income, but I really would like to se more options to smithing to sustain your end game economy, because smithing is too random and too grindy to be enjoyable every single campaign I play Comment from : MalakianM2S |
Why do i Spawm in the trained field? XD Comment from : Fabian Lavooy |
Wow, this is great stuff This is the type of content I've been seeking to educate myself about the games I play ever since I came across Spirit of the Law and his AOE2 content Keep it up! Comment from : Artus Hammell |
You forgot the most important bonus for the Khuzait: they have the best victory theme :p Comment from : Kathleen Delcourt |
good job mate definitely living up to your name strat gaming I sub to you Comment from : Mitchell George |
Do the bonuses always apply, no matter which culture (kingdom) I serve/ troops I recruit? Ie a Vlandian serving the Empire will still get the 15 on the salary? Comment from : M M |
Didn't know cultures have different skill picks :o Comment from : Lorrdy |
Why does the game always spawn me near poros for every campaign the culture doesn't Is that Sandbox that changes that Yes Sandbox is the mode that affects the starting local it seems Comment from : Kyle Kelly |
what the hell was that creature in the first 17 seconds on the video??!?! Comment from : Richard Wroblewski |
Great and detailed video Thank you Comment from : Philipp Martin |
what better culture for beginner its my first time to play Comment from : Monggi Gaming |
when u say "spawn here" what do u mean? u can actually choose ur starting point? Comment from : Olly |
This might be a dumb question, but how do you start in a different location? Regardless of what culture I choose I always seem to start in the same spot Comment from : ScFirestorM |
chad tier Comment from : linda Vance |
Ohh, notion What a powerful tool to have Comment from : Vojtěch Chvojka |
The influence cost is increased with distance, 10 hours away for vlandian, and 4 days for khuzait, increasing the cost Comment from : Chase Graba |
Before I even watch the videoI consider that battania is the best culture pick because of speed loss reduced in forest, because 50-60 of the map is with trees and you can catch up to another party easy Comment from : Sbarcea Alexandru |
