Zenith looks like it has broader leaves, like St Augustine How would it look if I over seeded my patchy St A lawn with Zenith zoysia? Trying to find a side by side on google and no luck

Was that your level mix used in this demo? I ask because I'm planning on ordering some of your mix and doing some leveling this spring I have some large areas that will be 2-3" deep and will need to be overseeded with Zenith It will be too deep to germinate if I add the seed prior to the level mix My question is how does the seed do under yard applications when lightly raked under the surface of your sand/compost mix?

I keep hearing that Zoysia is perfect for hot Texas but is very very slow, taking even years to fill in Is it faster when using seed and if I get a spot that dies will it really take years to repair? Is Zenith the only Zoysia that I can grow via seed? I would love to have Emerald!

This zenith and the compadre are still the only 2 varieties of zoysia available in seeds, right? I wish there was Zoysia matrella available Or even for sprigs I checked sod and it's not just super expensive, but the shipping alone to South Florida was over 800 bucks I'm trying to fix the grass on a rent, so the budget is short And I did try the compadre seed twice with no success, maybe 1 of the seeds came up lol

How soon can I spray some 2, 4 D to handle the weeds growing in my seeded Zenith Zoysia? I am trying to be patient, but weeds are starting to come in Also, any types on IDing the Zoysia seedlings vs nut sedge? Or should I just let them both grow and hopefully the zoysia chokes out the nut sedge?
