While looking for a Suit for my Prom, i stumble on Finshley & Harding They make very high quality suits and have mutlipe sizes since that was the main difficulty for me Finding on that fit perfect I am not sure if they sell or ship outside of Germany but it might be worth the try

for overcoats when he says his size he means for shorter dudes, overcoats are generally made for taller guys so try snd find some brands that fit you short guys before blowing a bunch on a huge overcoat(if you happen to get a longish one u can always take it to the tailor thow)
