I repositioned some of my dividend stocks using a broker Anmol Singh now I'm buying fractional shares of TSLA, NIO, NVR, AMZN again previously I was after dividends for passive income but it's slow growth Now I'll take my chances on growth stocks like, SHLL WKHS, PLNHF13 I've gotten a 120 increase this year but hopefully I'll reach a million sooner

OK for those who don't understand what is a convertible note The 200M cash into the company is not a normal personal loan that you will borrow from a bank It can be converted into shares if the company CANNOT return money to the loaner on time If Workhorse is going to be insolvent in the near future, which stupid institution will loan money to it? Even if you converted the loan into shares, the shares worth nothing if the company goes bankrupt 200M is not a small amount and if the institution is not very confident that this company is going to survive, it will not loan to Workhorse

In addition to the arguments presented in the video, I see many people being blindly confident in Workhorse and repeatedly saying 'Ark invests in Workhorse' and thinks nothing will go wrong in the long run If one day Ark suddenly decides to liquidate their position, consider the domino effect that would result There is just too much downside risks associated with WKHS br(I'm not short WKHS but I was long on WKHS for about 4 months and recently sold at $26)

Prior to watching this I was laughing at how anyone could be holding Nikola stock and feeling pretty good about having workhorse shares coming upto the USPS announcement, but now I'm feeling a little more unsettled Lesson learnt not many companies (or any in fact) can be Tesla If they get a portion of the contract (fingers crossed) I might count my good graces as I ride the upswing, sell my position in Workhorse and put it all into Tesla which is already by far and away my largest position brIt would be much appreciated if you could do one of these deep info dives into Hylion Keep fighting the good fight Tom 👍

WKHS just secured $200 million so that alone extends beyond your Kaput date No mention of WKHS getting 10 of Lordstown profits which has a solid 3 years of preorders Believe WKHS gets 1 of each vehicle for the first 200,000 vehicles There’s another $100,000,000 (Now u will have to make a video Lordstown will go Kaput to) They do have preorders from Ryder at minimum Your bearish statement of a “slim chance” of getting the USPS contract is about as valid as Roth Capital saying a USPS announcement was coming this week July 2021, the CEO of WKHS will look at this video and say, “Look Tom! Still here! Think your video just went Kaput!” You wouldn’t be shorting this stock would you? (Kidding TomSmile)🤣Just my opinion

Ev’s are the future and the sooner we transition to clean transportation the better, and I don’t believe we have time to waste in making that happen A big part of that is last mile delivery People know that, people will recognize that, and people/the markets will finance it (as we’ve seen more and more now with workhorse) I find it sad that you are so critical of workhorse, and especially given that this company / last mile delivery is completely in its infancy Having debt at this stage is normal / to be expected And in regards to usps have you even seen the other two choices for vehicles? Nobody wants gas guzzling / noisy/ prone to break down / maintenance heavy costs / not designed for stop and go driving / bad for environment ford usps trucks And nobody wants foreign / super bizarre looking / complicated hybrid / still not zero emission karsan mail trucks But everyone wants electric / perfect for stop and go / nice looking design / quiet / don’t break down / very low/no maintenance costs workhorse mail trucks brbrAnd one last thing, a shame that you encourage people to check out the fuzzy panda report, was full of outright lies, especially against your fellow you tubers

This guy is a joke Workhorse is and has been scaling up to increase their capacity to produce for the USPS contract, which in fact does require some investments The auto industry is capital intensive and requires the purchase of many assets prior to generating revenue Hiring hundreds of people and Hitachi to increase capacity cost money They have also secured $200 million in loans just the other day, so your insolvency critique is WAY OFF The company will be around well after the USPS contract, because they have cornered a market that needs their more efficient vehicles in terms of cost and emissions They are also in the final three of the bidding process and the only pure EV company that is US based unlike their two competitors Having said that, they will get a portion of the contract, but we're just not sure how much Awarding the contract, along with going back and forth on the RFQ is not news, it's a process to get further clarification and answers We have always known that it could be announced by the end of the year, nothing news worthy unless you're a short
