I am kinda glad I didn't re-bought it for Wii U and just bought a new PS3 To me it looks the same only the intros I see a shade of blue more for the Wii U version and that's it I have a 3D OLED TV so I can play it in 3D for the PS3 version It does cause the frame rate to stuttter at first I am glad I can play my mp3s for the stages something the Wii U can't do at all

One of the closest matches I've seen I can almost maybe tell slight differences, but sometimes the PS3 seems to have a slight edge, and sometimes the Wii U version does Both are great, powerful systems In other vs videos the Wii U seems to take it, but it looks like everybody wins here (I'm saying compared to 360 and PS3)

how about some real facts about the hardware instead of the BS you just made up lol Firstly the GPU of the Wii U is a R700 architecture which comboed with a PPC 750CL both beefed up and overclocked by them being on the same chip bottlenecking is reduced and throughput is increased it has 2gb of ram which is 4 times the size of PS3 and Xbox it has 1600mhz ddr3 ram which is the STANDARD for gaming PCs (EVERYTHING HAS TO GO INTO SYSTEM RAM IN A COMPUTER) no matter how fast video memory is

I don't know IF Battlefield4 will be 720p 60fps I know you need at least 16 ROP's for 1080p games and PS4 has 32The 7970 only has 4 TeraFlops and 680 has 34 and is the better GPU So it's not a million miles away The netbooks are 4 core, not 8? It doesn't really matter though The fact remains that developers will be able to max out every last piece of resources the PS4 has No PC dev pushes CPU because they have as hard a time as it is just getting code running on all the different GPU's

I don't agree with this view For a start 680 is a 3 TeraFlop GPU so it would be closer to 2/3rds the performance Second it has 8gb of GDDR5 to play with The difference here is that every single PS4 has the same tech so developers will be able to use all 8gb of RAM They could never use 8gb of GDDR5 for a PC game because the game has to run on GPU's with 1 and 2gb of GDDR5 Also because the devs can code to the PS4's strengths and don't need to use Windows they will be able to get more from it

Wii U is GDDR3 we have that at least comfirmed already lol GDDR5 isn't used in the Wii U because it would raise costs, and the construction would be very complex, its not easy to make a system with GDDR5, its rumored even the 720 and PS4 will use GDDR3 so they can have more memory Know that if they used GDDR5 the RAM can't be much higher than 2GB And in the end they will want 8 GB of RAM so GDDR3 is their best bet

ROP's are an acronym and stand for raster operation units They push pixels from the graphics card to your TV Current gen consoles have 8 ROP's on there GPU's and this is one of the reasons why they don't do 1080p and are 720p You need 16 for 1080p and a GPU 25x faster than 360/ps3 WiiU is 15x faster and with 8 ROPs 5670 has more than 8 ROP's I believe, it was one of the reasons why we knew WiiU didn't use that part

Interesting, this sounds like a PS3 situation, only inverted PS3 has a slow GPU but with time great devs like Naughty Dog and Guerrilla learned to use the CPU to fill in the gaps On WiiU the CPU is slow, so I guess in time great devs will learn to use the GPGPU to fill in some gaps

GPU in the Wii U is massively higher They have way stronger GPU than 360 and PS3 The reason some games aren't being ported is because the CPU is slightly behind, but Nintendo built the Wii U around its GPU not CPU Its the games that the Wii U can't quite handle because It's CPU can't handle it, if you programmed it for the GPU in the Wii U, they'd would run more than perfect 360 has less RAM btw Wii U's Transistor is about the same as 360's, its the power 750 CPU that is holding them back
