ROP's are an acronym and stand for raster operation units They push pixels from the graphics card to your TV Current gen consoles have 8 ROP's on there GPU's and this is one of the reasons why they don't do 1080p and are 720p You need 16 for 1080p and a GPU 25x faster than 360/ps3 WiiU is 15x faster and with 8 ROPs 5670 has more than 8 ROP's I believe, it was one of the reasons why we knew WiiU didn't use that part Comment from : JAGUARCD32X
